Prototyping and development for transformer monitoring

For us, prototyping is not a completed step, but a permanent part of the development process.
That is why each of our sensors goes through numerous prototype variants before being mass produced.
Regardless of whether the shape of the housing needs to be changed, layouts adapted or components readjusted. This makes it possible to identify important but minor errors more quickly and correct them in a targeted manner.
Because what appears inconspicuous from the outside often determines the quality of a product.
Each prototype shows where individual components can be coordinated even better and how the quality of the entire system can be improved in this way.

An effort that pays off. Especially when the result is later used in critical infrastructure.
